How to Use MacleanNet

To leave any or all of the Maclean forums

The Subject line of every incoming message includes the three-letter name which identifies its forum; GENealogy, HIStory, etc.

Note the three-letter names of any forums which you wish to quit.

Send a message, in plain text, using the email address with which you subscribed and with anything in the Subject line to:

majordomo@maclean.org

with the following (and nothing else) in the message space, in exactly this form:

unsubscribe gae

unsubscribe gen

unsubscribe his

unsubscribe sto

end

Omit any that you wish to retain, of course. Include unsubscribe new if you don't want to receive even the Notices.
