| You have 179 days from the date of your transaction to cancel your booking and request a refund. Unfortunately this is PayPal policy. We would recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance in order to cover your costs in the event that you need to cancel. |

| Any refund issued to you will be minus the PayPal transaction fees, this also applies to any bookings placed in error. Unfortunately, PayPal do not refund fees paid to them as part of the original transaction. |

| You are responsible for ensuring that you have completed your booking correctly. Any bookings that are as a result of user error (e.g. duplication) are subject to the terms above. |
